Pancake & Waffle Mix
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sugar, raising agents (450, 500), salt, natural flavours. Contains gluten.
PANCAKE PREPARATION ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
• 300gr Margarine
• 600ml Water
• 5 Eggs medium size • 300ml Buttermilk
METHOD:
1. Combine flour and margarine on low speed
2. Add eggs and slowly add water on low speed. Once combined stir well and mix until smooth consistency. Mix on high for 3 minutes.
3. Drop down to low and slowly add buttermilk.
(tip ~ If you feel it's too thick, add a little water.)
Enjoy. Makes approximately 25 pancakes.
Any remaining batter can be refrigerated for upto 3 days.
